Many times I have happened to order MIS though I wanted CNC due to some keyboard or mouse pad operations by mistake. This is very frequent and luckily I came to know just before the closing and could convert on most occasions.
Can something be done to avoid this? May be highlighting different type of orders in different colors in positions (like CNC - Cyan, MIS-Magenta, INS - indigo ? )? Thank you.
I don’t say this is the best way but alternatively on kite, order window will open up with product type which is selected for previous order. One can use this feature to avoid confusion while placing orders fast.
