Additional security deposit - Amount deducted form ledger

"Being additional security deposit for ISTREET NETWORK LIMITED trade "
My ledger was debited saying the above reason? Can some one expain wht ais this? and why amount is debited, when i am using C&C. If the script is going down, its my loss - personal loss.
When & How this amount will be credited back.

Thanks for your reply. After posting here, i also did some reading on this matter.
But no where i could find anything about refund of the deposit money.
One website how ever said that, even selling of share would not release the security amount.
