how do you want to define best ? opening of demat account with a DP (depository participant) depends a lot on your broker too . most of the corporate brokers insist on having demat account with their own company/associate and will not entertain if you have demat with SHCL or a cooperative bank etc.
I am not sure you’re looking for the best “DEMAT” account because there are only two providers of DEMAT account in India (CDSL and NSDL) and they’re almost the same.
I think you’re referring to Trading account.
