Can I pledge MFs (Not ETFs) bought through zerodha?

No, currently we are not accepting any Mutual funds for pledge.

Hi @rbtj,

Yup, this is coming really soon, Zerodha has got the NBFC licence and are now checking the technicalities, will roll out the product soon.

soon means wht, zerodha is planing this from 2016.
Please let us know the aprox dates

Hey, I thought I just answered this on another thread. This will take more time, we will have to accept only growth funds as dividends/lock in funds etc aren’t possible. I can’t give you a date yet, but the good news is that we are about to launch the new Q finally, so hopefully much sooner than later.
