Assuming I have a position which utilizes a total margin of 1 lakh overnight in F&O, as per Zerodha I need to have 50K in cash. Now my question is, if I have 50 liquid bees in my dmat account can that be considered as cash?
Yes, you can pledge liquid bees and use that as cash margin since they are considered cash equivalent by the exchanges. But it would be prudent to maintain some cash balance in case of MTM losses.
