Clarification on AMO

If I place an AMO order (long position) with last closing price as my limit and on market opening if the price increases of decreases at opening will it get executed?

Example: If 70.5 CE closed at 0.7125 and an AMO (long) with limit 0.7125 is placed. On market opening the price of 70.5 CE spikes to 0.9200 . What would have happened to the AMO placed or rejected?
