Today down, tomorrow up, then from Wednesday hungama hopefully

Anyone, any idea what time the official Election results will be published ?
Tomorrow 8 30 am onwards leads news come in…markets open by 9 and decisive leads by 10 am…markets will not wait for official declaration at 5 pm or so
