Employee trading in FnO of the company

Hi @nithin @Bhuvan @Sensibull ,
I work in ‘‘xyz’’ company. I have a question related to insider trading.As I am familiar with the company I started trading on the stock of this company.Although I dont know any insider secrets of this company I prefer trading this stock than the other stocks in this sector.I wanted to know is there anything in insider trading rules that prevents an employee from overtrading in his employers stocks??I have gone through the Insider trading policy of my company ,but still not clear…

If you are not clear how do you expect the others to answer? Shouldn’t you be asking your HR?

Normally companies say certain employees in a certain band cannot trade the stocks in a x-day window near the result. You can check if you are in that band of employees.
