Getting error while buying futures contract

I am trying to place a buy order for ADANIENT FUT JUL and it says rejected ADANIENT Is in banperiod.
WHy is the error coming even though I can see buy and sell going on

I have seen but how come in Market depth it is showing transactions??

Those who already hold the Buy or Sell on its contract can close their existing trades

And I think some other parties can trade by paying penalty (not sure), anyways normal retailer cannot trade in FNO unless they hold the contract
