How to putcondition generator,open =high,open =low. in scaner how i will put crossovers for entire nifty shares

need condition generator , want to put scanner with cross overs in all futures of nifty

the syntax for crossover is 

CROSSOVER(REF(OPEN,1), REF(HIGH,1)) = TRUE

Specify your condition in brief.

open = high one minute candle i e opening candle @ 9 15 = sell
open = low one minute candle i e opening candle @ 9 15 = buy
