How to sell share in holding buy on cnc

I have idea share in holding which I have to sell from holding when ever I sell I updates my new selling position how settle this

Hi @noddy,

Since you are selling the shares these will show in positions, do not panic and square off again, since you will be buying back. So if you sell wait till end of the day and this will be cleared off.

After selling my stock from holdings using product type as CNC I am seeing a -ve (sell position) in the positions page. The P&L for this is also changing, I am very confused, what should I do?

If u are in KITE then place SELL order of that stock using CNC.

If u are in Pi, you can also goto your holdings & select directly from there & place a sell order or square off.
