How to use Sell Sl-m to sell at higher price with trigger

I have TATA motors shares at 250, I want to sell it at market price when it reach around 255. Should I Use buy SL-M or sell SL-M.

Put Limit SELL order with Limit price = 255

Nothing to do with SL or SLM here

As said put a LIMIT sell order at 255 if you want to sell exactly at 255.Some times stock’s price action are volatile in that situation price will pass by and come down very quickly just around 255 and if their is not enough liquidity you may get partially filled or not at all for example if there is no buyers at 255 .So it is always better to liquidate your position with market order yes it can cost some slippage but with liquid stocks like TATAMOTORS mostly you will not lose much in slippage (you might if spreads are high at that time).Anyways its your call…To sell near 255 with market order use a SELL SL-M order (StopLossMarket Order) put the trigger price 255.
