I am a NSE NOW user but in spite of transferring funds through IMPS my margin isn't updated immediately, could someone let me know why?

I want to highlight an issue with fund transfer to you.Whenever I transfer the funds to my trading account through back office i.e bo.zerodha.com i have to call the support for getting my funds updated.
