I have come across certain SME stocks which looks good to invest but liquidity is very poor. I mean bid ask spread is very huge. What you people suggest is it worth investing?
In the long run this should hopefully change. Some of these stocks have given amazing returns. The key thing is, if the stock is good it will anyways migrate to the main board where liquidity shouldn’t be an issue.
The index gives you an idea of the potential. Also, these stocks aren’t widely tracked which is a positive if you think about it.
