Technically If its not for SPLIT / BONUS etc etc , it could mean bearishness.

Technically and not Practically.

Yes, I read FA over Varasity earlier. Need to revisit the topic again.
Do you mind to share the Excel template in case you have created on checklist for quantitative analysis you mentioned in FA. Like ROE calculations, gross profit margin, EPS etc.
