Not able to buy a put

Why am I not able to buy PUT of DHFL 80 feb?
While I could purchase put dhfl 90 feb and dhfl 110 ce feb.
It is showing you can’t trade in this market.

Check this, currently that strike is not allowed by exchange.

Check option chain on NSE website to know which strikes are allowed

That I know but want to know the reason why lower (not that deep though) strikes are blocked? is it bcoz of circuit limit or some other reasons
