My income is from interest.
My intraday turnover 3800 and profit 500
& short term loss of 2800 on turnover of 259900.
Which ITR FORM is required.
Can i show intraday as business income and loss under STCG so that audit not required

Intraday can be speculative business and short term you can show under capital gains
