Referring another script value in streak algo

Hi,
How do I refer events of another script in my algo?
Example : I am writing algo for buying/selling SBI using its technicals but would like to add dependency e.g. if nifty is above certain value. How do I code this?

Not sure if its really possible with streak. But if you are looking for professional help with back testing, I can help out. Would be running your strategy on last 1 year data and can share back test outcome with you.
