What if I want Sentinel to scan and generate alerts only from my watchlist? For ex. I want to scan only Nifty 50 stocks or only FO stocks or something like that.
Sentinel isn’t a scanner. You can just create alerts.
Yeah, so how to create alert for a basket of stocks?
Do we need to to it one by one? OR
Can it be done for a the stocks in an Index/Portfolio/ Open Positions(on Zerodha)?
You will have to create alerts separately.
You can add the list of stocks using OR condition in the Advanced Triggers option.
Should be a one time task.
This will work only for the first stock that gets triggered and you will be notified. You won’t be notified if other stocks in the basket get triggered as the condition is already met
