Should i Exit Short OTM Options Manually on Expiry Day

Hi,

I have shorted SBI 295 CE on this Expiry. Now the Price is 0.05. So should i manually exit.
And face brokerage and other Taxes.

Or i should let it expiry automatically. Which is better?

You don’t have to exit a short position in an OTM contract. You can let the contract expire worthless and pocket the complete premium without paying any charges.

with out knowledge …i did not understand how u short a option
which is unlimited risk…
