I have a strategy, It consistently works 6-8 times out of 14 times (i.e., 42.8% - 57.1%) with 1:2 risk to rewards ratio. Can these results be further improved? As you know It takes months to form a new strategy, Should I look for a better strategy?

You also need to check if the ratio of your average positive gains to average negative gains is more than 2. If currently your ratio is less than 2, you need to work on your system further.

The returns you are getting is quite good.
You can back test your strategy on streak and if you find it good enough you can move on to it.

I think you have done better and will be good in future, keep it up
