Under What Conditions will the Diluted EPS of a Company be greater than Basic EPS?

Attaching below is a link of the Consolidated Annual Statement of 8K Miles Software Company for the Year Ended March 2017.

If we check the Audited Results for Year Ended 31 March 2017, the Basic EPS is 34.13 whereas the Diluted EPS is 51.94. Can someone please explain why the Diluted EPS is greater than Basic EPS and what this signifies for the company’s Fundamentals ?
