  2. Some extent of bad luck.
    3)Lack of exit strategy.
  3. High leverage.
  4. Holding loosing trades for too long in Hope of recovery.

Biggest problem is - Wrong expectations

A trader with 10 lac capital is happy with 2-3k per day profit average (assume)

A trader with 1 lac capital also wants 2-3k per day profit

An investor with 10 lac capital wants to be crorepati

An investor with 1 lac capital ALSO wants to be crorepati (and invests in Gala Global, Amtek Auto, Gitanjali Gems type cos)

Over expectations is the biggest cause of doom - which leads to every other malice - be it over trading, revenge trading, improper risk management, impatience, etc etc.
