No Form 15G is not required to be filed for FY 2019-20. Since no TDS will be deducted on dividend income earned during FY 2019-20.

You can enter the ISIN (Internation Security Identification Number) as the identification number of relevant investment while filing Form 15G for FY 2020-21.
