I have 2 broker accounts demat separate. I buy eg mphasis in both demat well before record date. PAN is same. Now can i tender my eligible shares separately with each broker account?
@ksksat : yes you can and you have to as there is no other option. please note that since pan no is one both the application will be clubbed together to determine your category. if total of both is more than 205 shares you come in General category otherwise up to 205 shares Reserved category.
Some people say i. Must submit only one application thru one broker otherwise both applications rejected?
@ksksat : Eligible Sellers will have to transfer the Equity Shares from the same demat
account in which they were holding the Equity Shares as on the Record Date and
in case of multiple demat accounts, Eligible Sellers are required to tender the
applications separately from each demat account.
