52 week high - Can someone help me code for this?

close reached a new 52 week high within the last 10 days
and close more than 5 percent below close 52 week high
and close less than 10 percent below close 52 week high

Or any similar code to reach this condition.

The scanner is best suited for generating trade alerts on intraday timeframes.

Identifying 52 weeks High and Low ( even though it is possible with Tradescript ) is not yet functional on Pi scanner.
