A doubt in my mind ..i am beginner so pls forgive ..

Hi I am a beginner to trading and using zerodha app… I have some doubt but don’t know how to ask it properly…

so I will say it how it is in my mind…
example – Suppose Today is Wednesday and I want to trade nifty with expiry as next week Thursday…
Today I buy 1 lot of nifty … if at any time today it becomes profit I want to exit the trade today at that moment itself… , but if no profit upto 3:20 pm I don’t want it to close automatically (zerodha people doing square off) and want to wait until next week or any day atleast Monday or Tuesday hoping it will become a profit…

For this kind of trading what buttons should I select in zerodha mobile app… yes I am asking about what BUTTONS in app should I select…

(I have watched many youtube videos , but still have doubts like this…so before actually starting trading I want your help…)

Yes, if you want to carry forward your position, you’ll have to use NRML product type. You can check out this article explaining more on this.
