Account not opened in the time given by you

Dear Mr. Nitin Kamath,

                               I have appalied for account on 20 Oct 2014. My documents has been received by you on 25 Oct 2014 but still no progess both equity and commoditiy accoun. Here is screenshot taken using login details provided by you on my email id

If you are opening demat account also, IL&FS people usually take around 1 week to open demat account for you. Hence the delay, I guess!
