What happens to Stock options price on OFS event

On the event of OFS issue , the stock price mostly goes down as existing holder sell and buy in OFS because of cheaper price. Latest example , In last HAL ofs on 23rd March , it opened gap down of approx 5%. So it’s like easy profit if you buy put option on 22nd and sell on 23rd. However it’s not sure shot profit but mostly it’s happens and OFS and in fno stock usually not coming frequently. Does it really like that or option price adjusted with OFS floor price? Anyone tried/experienced …
