Last Friday, I sold FORTIS MAR 930 CE @ Rs. 3.05. Friday’s opening price was Rs. 4
When market got closed it was Rs. 2.35.
I put the Alert Ato that if Monday’s open price is less than 2.35, then it would be automatically exited. I ensured I selected “Consider existing Position”
Today morning, when I opened KITE, I saw the alert got triggered but not executed. In the Order Book, the position was mentioned as "Buy FORTIS MAR 930 CE @1.45.
It means the open price was at 1.45 but the buy was not executed. When I saw it, price was already 2.35 - I cancelled that order and exited at 2.35 as I needed margin for other trades.
