Alert did not pop up

We had created a scripted Alert after a backtest and went live. We wanted to confirm whether the Alert gets generated promptly. Though the cretria was met, it did not trigger. We have also verified the Alert settings.

Is this is Bug or a known issue. Or we are missing something here.

In the backtest in Pi the signal will generate when ever the condition mets, and also buy signal followed by sell signal and vise versa. means if two buy signals generates continuesly it will not show the secound one
