i’m entitlement of 40 share of RE of spencer. So i had done payment of 40 shares of RE Share of spancer through your R-WAP portal and i’d done payment from my registered bank account and payment was successful but receipt not generated bank because of network error issue. payment was deducted but i got no mail from spancer. Please help me find out whether my payment is received to you or not. please help me to find this.

I had bought the RE from secondary market, I didn’t applied for right issue and also i have not sold from kite holdings. It has been lapsed now. Is there any option to claim the premium which i paid to buy RE?
When you bought the RE’s, you should have made sure you applied for the rights shares. There is no way to claim the refunds.
Got a messafe saying the RE shares have been debited/extinguished from my account. But haven’t got the full shares yet… I had made the payment…
Have the shares been allocated? If so, any idea who I should contact?
The date of allotment was scheduled on or about August 25th and date of credit of these shares is on or about August 26th. You should receive the shares in coming days.
I also haven’t received the shares yet, not sure how to track the process of allotment.
Kindly check Cdsl for repository like Zerodha. Check nsdl if the DP ID starts with IN
Shares are credited but it is still not available at market price. It is kept at facevalue 5.
So if the no. Of shares are 2000, price displayed is 2000*5=10000.
When will it convert to the shares at 90.

You applied for 1000 shares for which you have been alloted 1000 shares and Rs. 75000 (75 * 1000) has been debited towards that.
Rs. 29050 this you spent towards purchasing RE’s, right? This doesn’t get counted here because that amount goes to the shareholder who has renounced his rights, not the company.

I mistakenly buy 530 re shares of Spencer.
So I was guided that if I do not buy right shares my amount of Rs 10600 will lapsed. So I purchased the shared though link in bse nearly 40000Rs
Yesterday I got message that
CDSL:DEBITED IN A/C ***** 530 RIGHTS ENTITLEMENT OF SPENCER’S RETAIL LIMITED#FORMERLY R TOWARDS EXTINGUISHMENT ON 26/08/2020.CONTACT YOUR DP FOR MORE INFORMATION.
But still shares are not visible in my portfolio.
When my shares will visible in my portfolio or what should I do in this case

Kindly check your trade log which you receive as part of trade to know your DP ID. This usually is available from broker, when they when did send email as part of the treat we have done daily.
If the DP ID starts with IN, then your repository services is cdsl. If start with number then the repositories service is NSDL usually this is a 16 digit number. we can download NSDL or cdsl from Google Play Store the DP ID is for account creation once account is created then all all our portfolio holdings will be e listed in the the repository.
When Spencer shares applied in RE will be seen in my portfolio
Sir- Thanks for your reply. Yesterday I got 1000 shares holdings on my Zeroda account and the value also shows 90k. So I lost RS. 14050. My understanding is it correct? Or the money hidden somewhere? Kindly advice.
As I said above, the money you paid to purchase RE’s goes to the shareholder who renounced his rights (sold the RE’s to you) so that amount isn’t counted here.
