Zerodha’s bank account number is alphabets, my bank doesn’t allow this, is there an alternative?

If your bank doesn’t allow you to transfer money to accounts identified with alphabets, or add them as beneficiaries, you can use the alternative bank account details given in this support article.

Today’s email announces that Zerodha numeric bank accounts should not be used for fund transfer.
They were useful for setting up standing instructions.

I have an HDFC savings acc and it does not support standing instructions for eCMS beneficiaries (i.e. ZERNSE).
It would be painful to transfer money for SIPs manually.

Are there other ways using which I can automate this transaction from my HDFC acc to Zerodha’s ZERNSE acc?

Do you mean these accounts are still supported, given that zerodha explicitly mentioned to not use numeric accounts in the mailer?
