This is my profit and loss for the year 2018. It shows “Realised P&L as +295.4” and " Net realised P&L as -404.25"

Net Realised P/L is the final one which includes charges.
You made a profit of 295 but the charges were more than that and that’s why you are in loss of Rs 400.
