Amibroker AFL for prices above or below 20 SMA

I want to scan or explore in Amibroker for all the stocks which are higher than 20 SMA or below than 20 sma.

May be Highest high value HHV for the day is above 20 SMA and Lowest low value LLV below 20 SMA.

Can anybody help me on this
