AMO order issue

Kwality industries has circuit limit of +/- 20%.
But, when I place an amo sell order for 20% of last closing price, the order gets rejected saying:

Shouldn’t my order have been accepted? @siva
This has happened with many other stocks as well. I do have sufficient qty in my Holdings & these are not short sell.
