Any restrictions to HNI clients who have applied to an IPO on listing date?

I think retail investors can sell stocks they have got on listing day, right? How about for HNI clients? Are there any restrictions to HN1 clients to prevent stock crash on listing day?

No restrictions as such. Most HNIs take the IPO funding route to apply for IPOs. So they are all looking at listing day gains to exit the stock.
