then it is simple enough to write code snippets to monitor all outstanding GSECs
(or a subset of them based on ones desired criteria).
Based on how confident one is in one’s broker’s API (and one’s code),
one can even setup the code to automatically purchase desired GSECs at desired prices
as soon as any of them are offered in the secondary markets (NSE/BSE).
