As a NRI if I open a Demat and trading account linking my NRO, Will I be charged a zero fee for executed orders as per current RBI rules of September 2016?

If you are trading with Zerodha, yes we don’t charge brokerage for delivery trades if you link your NRO bank account (non-repatriable) and a normal trading and demat account.
