As SBI is listed on NSE as well as BSE

As SBI is listed on NSE as well as BSE. Suppose SBI has total outstanding shares 1crore. Now does this mean that 1crore shares are listed on NSE and 1crore on BSE or this 1crore is divided b/w these two exchanges?

Shares sit in your demat account, and there is nothing called shares belong to NSE or BSE. 1 crore is the total outstanding shares (combined). These shares can be bought/sold from either of the exchanges.
