Can i code in C++/C on PI? Is PI free? Can i fully automate my trades using PI? Can i fire trade orders through program? Does PI provide live data feed and can it take my strategy live for testing?

You can’t code in Pi but you can use Kite Connect APIs. Check out https://kite.trade/
You get live data feed and fire orders too.
However, you cannot fully automate your trades unless your strategy is approved by NSE.
