Bank mandate question

I have set up a bank mandate in my account.
I set it up for 2nd of the month. Amount gets debited on 1st and shows up on 2nd morning. That is how it worked last month.

Now I want to change it to 1st of the month. I didn’t find any option to modify. So I will delete the current one and add a new one for 1st.
My question is, is there any queue? Like the next month transaction is already scheduled or something and money be added twice - the 2nd(of the month) one as well the as the new one(1st of month).
Because I don’t want it being added twice.

You will be “cancelling” the mandate and not deleting. So once it’s cancelled and you have added a new mandate, only one mandate will be triggered for the funds transfer.
