I want to understand what’s going on banking and finance sector in india…
Does anyone has any views on it..
is global economy in a recession?? and that effects india and it’s banking and financial system

One thing I’d be watching closely is the RBI MPC meeting on Oct 5–7. With inflation and crude oil becoming concerns, markets are pricing in [some possibility of a rate hike](https://www.fortuneindia.com/india/rbi-may-hike-repo-rate-by-25-bps-in-october-meet-economists-2/162566).
For banks, the actual rate decision matters, but I think the RBI’s guidance on future rates and liquidity could matter even more. Technically, Bank Nifty is already weak, so the policy outcome could be an important trigger for the next move.
Fundamentally, Indian banks still look relatively resilient, but higher rates + weaker rupee + expensive crude could create pressure if they persist. So I’d be watching RBI policy & Bank Nifty price action with FII flows over the next few sessions.
