What to do next…how to cancel or modify it…i would have achieved the targets if had been authorised promptly. But the triggers are still active. So what to do next?

What are commodities? How do we trade in it and is it similar to the equity trading?
You can learn about Commodities here.
For trading Commodities you need different account, you cannot use your Equity Trading account to trade in Commodities.

The process of Buying and Selling is the same, but Lot Size, Tick Size varies from Commodity to Commodity, also Commodity market timings are from 9 AM to 11;30 PM.

Yes, this is Futures contract.
Gold contracts are introduced every two months, so there is one for every alternate month.

Zinc is priced at 188 but the lot size is 5 MT (Metric Tonnes) so the margin required to trade Zinc is around 107,000, as you only have Rs. 500 in your account your order was rejected.

I placed a BUY order for 1 share ofJSWSTEEL at Rs 278.85 (CNC, Limit, stoploss : 273, Target : 284)
Now I monitored the price movement in the chart. The price crossed 284 and the gtt was triggered.
But it is still in pending order, didn’t execute.
And the price fell down again from 284.
Where did I go wrong? @nithin @Nakul @Bhuvan

For MA ppl use 5, 10, 15, 20, 50, 100, 200 period.
Some use fib nos as well.
Most commonly used are 10 or 20 for short term. 50 for medium term & 200 for long term.
RSI most use 14 only
