can anyone explain me, today when bnf index is morethan 31500 still bnf31500ce is at less than 50rs ? wht?

If it expires in 31500 that would be worth zero.
what if it expire at 51530?
i think you meant to say 31530. 30 is intrinsic value. This would be credited back after charges deduction if you are option buyer considering today expiry contract.
