Are there any bonds which yields more than 10% p.a.? If yes where I can find it and how I can invest in it?

I would suggest checking the NSE website (& sorting by Coupon Rate). The current yield for each bond is not directly stated on that page but as the last traded price, face value & maturity is mentioned for each bond, we can use that to calculate the yield (Use SEBI’s Bond Yield calculator)
