If you bought from BSE, took delivery in your demat account, and then sold it on NSE. There is no issues at all.

All settlements in India are on T+2 day basis. So if you sold on Thursday, money will be available to withdraw only on Monday evening (Friday is T+1, and Monday is T+2)
