BPCL bonus share amount is not credited to my account

I am holding one share of BPCL since July as per BPCL announcement they have declared 2:1 bonus as:
The last bonus that Bharat Petroleum Corporation had announced was in 2017 in the ratio of 1:2.The share has been quoting ex-bonus from July 13, 2017.

Now I am holding only one share so I should have get the equivalent amount on my account for this bonus which I have not received Yet. Please advice.

The amount equivalent to the 1 bonus share will be credited directly to your bank account by the RTA.
