The last 2 dividend from Brigade did not credited to my a/c. In the past it was getting credited without any issues?
Any possible reason? and whom to contact to get this addressed.

Brigade Enterprises hasn’t announced any dividends since March 2016. But in a scenario where the dividend has been announced and you haven’t received it you will have to get in touch with the Registrar And Transfer Agent (RTA) of the company.
