Also, some weightage to be given to the people who can tell you the truth as is. Who can hold a mirror to you. A company is nothing about Pvt Limited or Public Limited or how many employees, revenue, IPO, market cap, or whether unicorn or not etc. etc. The dictionary meaning of ‘company’ it is. संगत in hindi. So keeping a company of people who challenge you to do better, who tell you you are wrong, when you are wrong, with no filter is better than keeping a company of yes-men. It’s good to fight in that sense.
